ABOUT US
| Rosalia Rodriguez Touchon is a native of Cuernavaca with a background in the hospitality industry. A former student of French chef Jean Louis Coton who had been the personal chef to the Shaw of Iran till his death in Cuernavaca, Rosalia has a talent for gourmet cooking and owned a restaurant/coffee house in the resort town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado called Cafe Cuernavaca in the late 90's. |
