The only food served that is included with the basic price is a continental breakfast which varies for day to day and might include some combination of coffee, tea, fresh juice, sweat breads, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels and cream cheese. For an additional 35 pesos per person you can have a full breakfast including things like eggs any style, omelets, french toast including breakfast meats, and typical mexican breakfast dishes. 

You can also arrange to have dinner with us for an additional $250 pesos per person per meal. Highly recommended!

We can also cook meals that fit special dietary needs like the South Beach, Atkins diet, Vegetarian, etc. Please make arrangements well in advance.

Rosalia Rodriguez Touchon is a native of Cuernavaca and former student of French chef Jean Louis Coton who had been the personal chef to the Shaw of Iran till the Shaw's death in Cuernavaca, Rosalia has a talent for gourmet cooking and owned a restaurant/coffee house in the resort town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado called Cafe Cuernavaca in the late 90's that locals still talk about.

Classes for traditional Mexican cooking can be arrange with Rosalia during your stay for 1,200.00 pesos per class per person. this includes going shopping at the market and cooking a full meal (as well as eating it!) Approximate time 4-6 hours.
